Return, Warranty & Refund Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise mentioned on the product page, all items purchased from Yagobotix.com include a standard 15-day warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty protects you against manufacturing defects only.
If you experience an issue within this period, please notify us immediately at support@yagobotix.com.

What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Dead-on-arrival (DOA) items
  • Products that stop working within the warranty period without misuse

What is NOT Covered

Warranty does not apply if the product has been:

  • Misused, mishandled, dropped, or physically damaged
  • Exposed to static discharge
  • Soldered, modified, or altered in any way
  • Used in a non-recommended manner
  • Operated incorrectly due to wrong wiring or improper connections

2. Return & Replacement Process

Step 1: Report the Issue

Send the following to support@yagobotix.com:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos showing the defect
  • Description of the issue

Our technical team will verify the problem and guide you.

Step 2: Approval / RMA Number

If a return is required, we will issue an RMA Number.
This number must be written clearly on the shipping box only.
Please do not write on the product’s original packaging.

Step 3: Shipping

  • Customers initially pay the return shipping cost.
  • After verification of a valid defect, we will reimburse the shipping cost.

Step 4: Replacement or Refund

Once we receive and inspect the product:

If the item is in stock:

We will send the replacement within 2 business days, with prepaid shipping.

If the item is out of stock:

We will issue a 100% refund.


3. 5-Day Refund/Replacement Guarantee

For issues such as:

  • Wrong item received
  • Parts missing
  • Shipping damage

Customers must report the issue within 5 days of delivery.

After verification by our technical team:

  • A replacement will be shipped (shipping prepaid by us), or
  • A full refund will be provided if replacement stock is unavailable.

4. Return Guidelines

To ensure smooth processing:

  • Include a copy of your original invoice inside the package.
  • Ensure the item is packed securely to prevent transit damage.
  • Only approved returns with RMA will be processed.
  • The product must not show any signs of tampering or misuse.

5. Limits of Responsibility

Yagotech Robotics is not responsible for:

  • Improper installation or use of products
  • Damage caused by incorrect wiring, voltage, polarity reversal, or short circuits
  • Damage caused during student experiments or project handling

Electrical and electronic components must be used with proper precautions.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of electronics and strict quality checks, order cancellation is not allowed after dispatch, except in special cases approved by Yagotech Robotics.
We reserve the right to make the final decision on all refund or cancellation requests.
