Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Yagobotix, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, courier partners, and what to do in case of delivery issues.


1. Shipping Partners

We ship orders through trusted courier companies such as:

  • Delhivery
  • Bluedart
  • DTDC
  • Amazon Shipping
  • India Post (for remote areas on request)
  • etc.

Your courier option may vary depending on your location.


2. Order Processing Time

  • We ship most orders within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
  • Same-day dispatch is available for orders placed before 12:30 PM.

We make every effort to ship items together; however, separate shipments may occur depending on stock availability.


3. Delivery Time

Typical delivery timelines are:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 3–6 days
  • Remote locations: 5–10 days

Delivery speed is controlled by courier companies and may vary due to weather, festivals, or logistics delays. Please plan your orders accordingly.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout depending on:

  • Weight
  • Delivery address
  • Courier availability

For certain orders, we may offer free shipping promotions.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number.
You may track your shipment using our “Track Your Order” page or the courier’s website.


6. Damaged or Tampered Package

If you receive a package that is:

  • Damaged
  • Opened
  • Tampered
  • Not in good condition

Please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately:

7. Shipping of Invoice

As per Indian tax regulations, all shipments include a bill/invoice showing:

  • Product details
  • Price
  • GST details
  • Seller information

8. Remote Area Shipping

If courier coverage is limited in your location, we can ship via India Post (Speed Post) on request.
However, acceptance depends entirely on the local post office — we cannot guarantee approval.


9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
If cancelled before dispatch, refund will be processed after deducting payment gateway charges (usually ~2–5%).


10. Delivery Delays

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates because courier companies operate through multiple hubs.
Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather
  • Strikes
  • Festivals
  • Remote locations
  • Courier workload

We appreciate your patience in such cases.
